Elite Small Group Training

Elite Small Group Training gives serious athletes focused coaching, personalized feedback and maximum repetitions in a high-intensity environment limited to just 10 players. Each monthly session includes two classes per week with training tailored to your player, including advanced skill development, shooting machine work, game-speed decision-making and VertiMax training to build speed, power and explosiveness.
